Dan Lasse founded Management Recruiters of St. Charles in 1987, and currently serves as the company's President. He holds a BS from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire, and a Master's Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He began his career with the State of Wisconsin as a Counselor and Psychologist until he was recruited to join the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad in their Human Resource Department. Though Dan worked his way up the company through several promotions, he eventually chose to leave the railroad to start up his company, Management Recruiters of St. Charles

Tom Tawney spent 10 years in industry sales before becoming an Executive Recruiter in 1983. He has a BA from Appalachian State University. He has been married for over thirty years and has four children. Tom is active in his community as a coach, school board member, and advocate on race relations. Tom owns a vintage sports car and enjoys attending vintage racing events.

Ric has been consistently engaged with talent acquisition and development throughout his professional career. During his nearly three decades with AT&T, he held management positions in Michigan, New Jersey, Illinois and Georgia and was instrumental in the establishment and management of AT&T Resource Link®, an industry human capital innovation.
Subsequent to AT&T, Ric has focused specifically on recruiting - initially with a national staffing firm and later as a Partner with an international executive search firm based in Atlanta. At this firm, he was active in C-level retained search as well as managed Internet recruiting and behavioral testing and consultation. Most recently, Ric was Director of Recruiting and Training for an identity apparel company headquartered in Florida. In this role, he was directly responsible for their top-grading and professional development initiatives.
Ric is a graduate of the University of Michigan and is a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. He has also participated in AT&T's executive development graduate program at Purdue University and has served as guest faculty for the American Management Association. Ric is a certified Integrity Selling Facilitator.

Rodger Macy: Transportation, Supply Chain Management and Logistics
Rodger Macy's background includes over 30 years in manufacturing and distribution/customer service at the plant level in food manufacturing, and a corporate position as Director of Supply Chain Services for a Third Party Logistics and Contract Manufacturing Company.
Rodger achieved a BS in Business Administration and an MA in Psychology and Counseling from Ball State University. His industry experience includes a 22 year career in food manufacturing beginning with General Foods and progressing through positions that included: Supervisor, Corporate Buyer, Production Control, Customer Service, Transportation and Supply Chain Manager with Quaker Oats Co. He also worked for The Power Group, a contract packaging and Third Party Logistics Company (now owned by EXEL Logistics) and Cambridge Management Consulting.
Married for 36 years, Rodger and his wife have two grown children. He is also a former President of the Board of Directors at the Kankakee, IL YMCA, where he received the highest volunteer award for Service to Youth.

Gloria Elliott: Educational Publishing and Educational Technology
Gloria Elliott came to recruiting with nearly 20 years experience in education and publishing. She has worked in teaching, sales, marketing, program development and management.
She uses recruiting as a way to keep up with old friends in the industry and leverage her industry expertise. Playing to your strengths is always best, and she generally has a group of candidates who are unique and well-qualified.

Jennifer Phillips joined Management Recruiters of St. Charles in early 2006, after more than 15 years of extensive Sales and Hospitality experience in the Chicagoland area. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Northwood University in Midland, Michigan. She is an active member of the City of Elgin Downtown Neighborhood Association, the Grant Park Neighborhood Association and ABODE (Admirers of Beautiful Old Dwellings of Elgin). Jennifer specializes in production and plant operations professionals in the manufacturing industry.

Terry Seeley: Engineering
Terry Seeley has been recruiting in the Chicago area for over 23 years, and began working a construction and engineering practice area for Management Recruiters of St. Charles in early 2006. He recruits architects and engineers in both the public and private sector. Terry and his wife have been married for 28 years, have raised three children, and are also foster parents. When he's not gardening or working around the house, Terry can be found enjoying a good book or skiing North America. His three dogs and cats provide added entertainment throughout the house.

Cynthia Wade: Engineering
Cynthia is an award winning recruiter. She was named #2 Rookie in the Midwest Region in 2006 and earned Pacesetter Status as one of the top recruiters in the company in only her first full year recruiting. She has been part of the MRI family since May of 2004 and has joined Management Recruiters of St. Charles Team in July 2007.
Cynthia's experience prior to recruiting is best characterized as having a marketing orientation. It includes 18+ years in the fast paced world of advertising and 7+ in the world of non-for-profits, working with volunteers.

Bill Beckert: Manufacturing and Engineering
Bill majored in Sociology, and received his Liberal Arts Degree from Benedictine University. After several years in manufacturing, he received his Graduate degree in Human Resource Management from George Williams College. His professional career includes extensive recruiting experience within manufacturing facilities and with executive search firms. For several years now, he has specialized in recruiting Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, at both the professional and management levels.
Prior to executive search, his background included several Human Resource management positions with diversified manufacturing companies: steel processing, metal fabrication, plastics, chemical coatings, paper packaging, and printing. His responsibilities encompassed employee relations, compensation, benefits and recruiting/staffing at all levels.

Bruce's career includes twenty-nine years of retail management experience with two major retailing companies. He also was a key account representative for eight years in the home furnishings industry. This thirty-seven years of career experience has prepared him for the ability to complete original search assignments to meet his client's specific needs.

Betsy Lasse-Stern started with Management Recruiters of St. Charles in 2005 as a Project Coordinator. After leaving MR St. Charles for one year to work in the hospitality industry, she came back to head up their new Communications practice. Her background includes extensive work in Public Relations and Marketing, and she started her career with Edelman Public Relations in Chicago.
Betsy graduated from the University of Iowa with a BA in English and Journalism. She recruits mid to senior level communications and marketing professionals across all industries.

Alex Goloff, Jr. Manufacturing
Alex Goloff, Jr. has significant knowledge and understanding of the food services industry and technical manufacturing. He has over 15 years of recruiting experience, primarily in the broadly defined food industry and specifically in Quality Assurance and Research & Development. Alex has earned many local and national awards for his exceptional productivity.
In addition, Alex has over 15 years of industrial research experience. He was a Research Scientist in biology at Union Carbide's Corporate Research Institute, where he pioneered numerous diverse leading edge projects in basic research. Alex was also recruited as a Manager of Quality Assurance Research for Cargill, and as a Scientist for Velsicol/Sandoz.
Alex holds a Ph.D. in Botany (physiological ecology) from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. He also holds a M.S. and B.S. from the U of I, Urbana-Champaign.
Alex was a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy, where he served on a hydrographic ship with tours in South East Asia and the North Atlantic. Alex has a wide variety of interest including research, scientific reading, music, and travel.

Stacy Moss Human Resource Manager
Stacy Moss is the newest team member to Management Recruiters of St. Charles as a Human Resource Generalist. With previous experience as a recruiter for the Lewis University women’s volleyball team, Stacy naturally transitioned into a recruiting role with another Chicago based staffing agency. Joining Management Recruiters of St. Charles has provided her with the opportunity to utilize her experience and education within recruiting as well as Human Resources.
Stacy will hold a MA in Organizational Leadership from Lewis University in May 2008. Lewis is also where she hold her BA.
Was a member of the Lewis University women’s volleyball team, and as a setter lead the team to two NCAA national tournament appearances. During her tenure with the university she earned all-conference and all-academic honors.
Hobbies include volleyball, golf, health science, reading, and traveling.
