Account Executives must be motivated and outgoing. Previous experience in sales or recruiting and a willingness to work the telephone is required. Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet is also necessary.

Duties & Responsibilities: Identify job openings with new clients and recruit and screen potential job candidates for open positions. Manage the entire placement process from job order to fulfillment.
